URL has incorrect encoding by Coveo

Hi There,

When Coveo add's URL params based on selections. It seems encodings are not following what we setup on Sitecore Link manager. Like the below is what generated for example http://domain.com/abc-xyz/blah/los-angeles-area/los-angeles/test-abc-test/blah#t=nbTab&sort=min%20xyz%20abc%20ascending If you notice the initial link generated by Sitecore is fine, but, url params appended by Coveo has %20. We want everything to follow encodings properly.

is there any place I can set these according to SEO benefits?

Query parameters required by the JS UI will not be modified by the Sitecore Link Manager. Doing so would break the JS UI. Unless you modify the JS UI accordingly.

No, there are none. This is all handled by the JS UI. If you would like to see there URL parts in the format you want, the best thing to do would be modifying the JS UI. The code is on GitHub, you could still do a pull request.

Question for you:

  1. What Link Provider parameter is not taken into account?

I do not think the format of the sort parameter will affect your referencing score that much.
