Connecting Salesforce Sandbox

I am trying to connect a new sandbox org to our coveo instance but I keep getting this error,

You currently do not have access to any organizations. Not d.graver=res.com@example.com? Log out, and then log in with your account.

I have changed my sandbox email to my actual email address but this keeps happening. Where is it seeing this address?

Coveo for Salesforce automatically connects you to the Coveo Cloud Platform using your current Salesforce login.

To have access to your other organization, simply select the Log out option, and log in with another account which has access to your Coveo organization.

Please note that, as of 2.38 (February 2017), Coveo for Salesforce is configured for Coveo Cloud V2 by default. If your Coveo organization is older, then it is very likely that it is in Coveo Cloud V1. To learn how to connect to a V1 organization, see Provisioning the Coveo for Salesforce V2 Application on a Different Coveo Platform.

Let me know if this solves your issue!

Doesnt seem to help. We are using Coveo Cloud V2. I tried changing to logging in with production and its saying

You currently do not have access to any organizations. Not d.graver@res.com? Log out, and then log in with your account.

But I have access to, what am I missing here?

The UI you are showing me in the screenshot suggests you are using Cloud V1, not Cloud V2. In Cloud V2, the concepts of administrators and of roles have been replaced by privileges.

I think that you are trying to access Coveo Cloud V2 orgs with your d.graver@res.com email address, which does not have access to any Cloud V2 organization.

Following the documentation I linked above would be your best bet to solve your issue.

Ok our developer who originally set up coveo said we were on v2, perhaps he was mistaken. I will try now.
