Connecting Salesforce Sandbox
I am trying to connect a new sandbox org to our coveo instance but I keep getting this error,
You currently do not have access to any organizations. Not email@example.com? Log out, and then log in with your account.
I have changed my sandbox email to my actual email address but this keeps happening. Where is it seeing this address?
Coveo for Salesforce automatically connects you to the Coveo Cloud Platform using your current Salesforce login.
To have access to your other organization, simply select the Log out option, and log in with another account which has access to your Coveo organization.
Please note that, as of 2.38 (February 2017), Coveo for Salesforce is configured for Coveo Cloud V2 by default. If your Coveo organization is older, then it is very likely that it is in Coveo Cloud V1.
