Coveo Search - Enabling Security

I'm trying to setup securities on my component using the help document, but when I disable automatic identity fallback I get an error message on the search. Here is a link to the help doc I'm using.

Here is the error message:

  "name": "Ajax Error (status: 400)"

Any thoughts on what could cause this?

Just want the yellow bar across the top of my page to go away!

Have you tried to Disallow, Allow again, and then Disallow?

There's currently an issue which is fixed and will be deployed very soon that prevented users from disallowing and allowing again. That could be the cause of your issue.

Have you made sure the user that initially linked Coveo for Salesforce to your Coveo Cloud organization is still in Salesforce? That could also cause JWT to fail, which is why we recommend people use a dedicated Coveo user (see Coveo for Salesforce V2 Production Rollout Best Practices).
