Sitecore Search Provider FailedToImpersonateUsersException

We're experiencing this exception occasionally while using the Sitecore Search Provider (349.)

7244 13:10:30 WARN The connection to Coveo search service failed. The connection will be re-created. Try # 1; Error: Exception Name:FailedToImpersonateUsersException, What:There was no certificate provided by the client while trying to impersonate users. Either provide a trusted client certificate with impersonation rights or login with requested credentials.
(repeated six times)
Exception:
System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[[Coveo.Framework.CoveoSearchService.ExceptionBaseDetail, Coveo.Framework, Version=3.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null]]
Message: Exception Name:FailedToImpersonateUsersException, What:There was no certificate provided by the client while trying to impersonate users. Either provide a trusted client certificate with impersonation rights or login with requested credentials.

Refreshing the page a couple of times resolves the problem. Any ideas on why this is happening?

This problem has been fixed and will be released in the June release. There is also a hotfix available on the April build that fixes the issue if needed.
