Error alert when run the scheduled job in Coveo

Hi

I'm getting below error alert from coveo server when run the scheduled job periodically. I'm not sure why this errors are logging since its not block any process.

Please provide your suggestion and solution for the below errors.

ErrorID Summary
1995 Coveo Alert : Server did not recognize the value of HTTP Header SOAPAction
2003 Coveo Alert : The security provider "Active Directory" has encountered an Access Denied
2006 Coveo Alert : No documents were crawled.

Hi Krishnaraj,

For the 'No documents were crawled' one, it only means that no documents were crawled during the scheduled job. It could be normal, or caused by some previous error… the purpose of the warning is to make sure you check if something's wrong :)

For the two others, as Simon said, you should go by the support route and we'll be happy to help you.
