Installation Wants me to install IIS even though it it already installed

The installation prereqs want to install IIS even though version 8.5.9600.16384 is already installed. I definitely do not want to be mucking around reinstalling IIS - is there anyway around this? Currently I see the option to proceed and re-install IIS or cancel and exit the installation. This is a development machine, but certainly wouldn't want to run into this issue on a production machine either. Thanks.

Which package/version are you installing? I assume you are installing CES.

My guess is that some IIS feature might be missing. The install kit detects whether IIS is installed by checking those registry keys:

Yes I am attempting to install Coveo Enterprise Search 7.0 x64 (7028).exe. I will look into the missing IIS features/settings. Thanks.

If I understand correctly, the installer will just add the missing IIS features. It will not cause a full reinstall.

Yes, you are right, only the missing features are installed.
