Coveo Provider error

My searches stopped working, I looked in coveo admin tool and saw this error.

class Merlin::SecurityProviderOnErrorException: class Merlin::SecurityProviderOnErrorException: Security Provider "Sitecore Security Provider for SCDEV-AH" failed to start: Unable to get the Blade description for Security Provider "Sitecore Security Provider for SCDEV-AH": class CDFNodesHelper::NodeNotStartedException: Unable to create process "GetBladesDescriptionsNode Managed": ""

Someone mentioned to me that I should restart coveo from the admin tool, but I do not see anything in there saying "Restart" or "Reboot". Was I just misunderstanding them?

Did you try to restart the "Coveo Enterprise Search 7" Windows service?

To restart the Admin Tool, you can open IIS Manager and restart the "Coveo Enterprise Search 7 Admin" web site.

I would do the same, it could be a connection issue with Sitecore which prevented the Security Provider from starting properly. Try a restart of the service, if it does not solve the issue, contact support.
