Did you upgrade? What was your previous release? What is your new release?

You probably have new DLLs with an old configuration file. Depending on the versions you should have disabled the Coveo.SearchProvider.config file prior to upgrade to avoid this error.

You need to merge your old Coveo.SearchProvider.config file with the new Coveo.SearchProvider.config.example file to fix the issue.

Hi,

It is a good practice to disable the Coveo search provider config files, it will avoid this type of problem.

Would also add - this can also happen when your index is in "read-only" mode. I've only seen read-only mode when our machines/vms get to less than 5GB.
