How to manually update security cache?


1- I know there is a scheduled job on the Coveo admin but is there a way to manually refresh the security cache?

2- Second question is which accounts do we need to provide access to in order for Coveo Sitecore to give us green light for everything in the diagnostic tool?

Is it the sitecoreuser defined in the Coveo.SearchProvider.config? Any other account?

3- Last question is I can't seem to add sitecore\admin to the roles under Security->Roles as Active Directory as the provider and the input is disabled so I can't select Sitecore Security provider

1- In the Admin Tool, look at Status >> Details for Update Cache now

2- This is vague, for crawling, we need an account with full read on every item in Sitecore.

3- Security - Roles is used for Coveo Admin tool only. To grant admin privileges inside of Coveo. You cannot choose another type of provider since you use your AD account on the server.

Hope it helps and please do not stack multiple questions , it will be easier for future users to track down an issue if it is kept to only one per post.

And I suggest please provide a shortcut from the schedule screen to the non-user intiuitive place you mentioned on manually updating the cache
