Coveo Service Exception-Sitecore

Hi ,

I am getting below exception in my Sitecore Portal and one of the page is crashing.

Field control has failed to render: Exception Name:FailedToImpersonateUsersException, What:There was no certificate provided by the client while trying to impersonate users. Either provide a trusted client certificate with impersonation rights or login with requested credentials.
System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[Coveo.Framework.CoveoSearchService.ExceptionBaseDetail]: Exception Name:FailedToImpersonateUsersException, What:There was no certificate provided by the client while trying to impersonate users. Either provide a trusted client certificate with impersonation rights or login with requested credentials. (Fault Detail is equal to Coveo.Framework.CoveoSearchService.ExceptionBaseDetail).

Can any one help me on this.

Regards, Nagasekhar

Hi,

This is a known issue if you're running on TLS instead of SSL3. It will be fixed in the February build that is supposed to go out at the end of next week. You will need to upgrade CES and your Coveo for Sitecore package.

Thank you.

Is there any alternative to waiting for the next build?

Can we configure HTTP instead of HTTPS for example?
