Coveo Indexes go Read-Only mode often

Hi,

Recently Coveo goes read-only pretty often on one of our single server environments. Initially I thought it was due to storage issue but I found this is still happening even after clearing out space.

Right now we have 4+GB available space on C:\

I am able to switch mode to Read-Write most of the time but I wonder why this is happening?

4 + GB on the C drive is not that much for a Coveo instance. I would advise to read this:

Especially since the C drive also contains critical system ressources, the size can vary quickly. I would advise to move the index to another drive.

Now also consider that you might have a schedule configured:

I checked schedule and "Read-Only" is set to never. So the only other cause could be the storage? How to move indexes to another drive?

So yes I would believe it is a storage issue. To move the index:

You might also want to keep an eye on RabbitMQ, and maybe move it as well:

Hi Erkan, I missed your last update.

We offer Cloud indexes. Currently it is not integrated with Coveo for SItecore but R&D is working on it.
