Coveo Indexes go Read-Only mode often
Recently Coveo goes read-only pretty often on one of our single server environments. Initially I thought it was due to storage issue but I found this is still happening even after clearing out space.
Right now we have 4+GB available space on C:\
I am able to switch mode to Read-Write most of the time but I wonder why this is happening?
4 + GB on the C drive is not that much for a Coveo instance. I would advise to read this:

Especially since the C drive also contains critical system ressources, the size can vary quickly. I would advise to move the index to another drive.
