Sitecore search are not getting indexed documents

Hello.

I am facing some problems only in some dev workstations with Coveo to Sitecore.

The Coveo ins installed, all green in the diagnostics.

The items are being indexed and we can see them in the CES admin tool.

But, in sitecore, in the search pages, or using Linq To Sitecore no items are return.

http://domain/coveo/rest/ doesn't return any results as well.

Does anybody have a idea what am I missing?

Tks

Hi Roberto,

In the CES Admin Tool, do you have any permissions on the documents? Can you update the security cache to ensure the permissions are correctly expanded?

Thank you.

Hi Vincent. No special permissions are set in the document. I am also using a sitecore ADMIN to query.

Any exceptions in the sitecore logs?

Only some errors but looks like some MongoDB related issues

A few things you can validate

  • What is the source that is being targetted on queries? Is this source indexed in CES and shows documents?
  • Is there any filters on queries that prevents documents to be pulled?
  • What is the identity that is being put on the queries according to the CES Query logs?
  • Update the security cache of CES and see if it works
