CES service stops

Hi, I read everything on this issue: since it's similar to mine. Although I'm sure I used the correct credentials since it's worked before.

I previously had a functional setup but had to uninstall and reinstall. Now I can't get CES to start (it would stop right after). this is the error I get:

Coveo Entreprise Search seems to be unavailable. Please make sure that the service is installed and started.

The error you included is a Coveo for Sitecore error. It doesn't help to know why CES is shutting down. Do you have any "Coveo Enterprise Search" errors in your Windows Event Viewer when you start the CES service? Can you edit your question and include those please?

You can also look for error messages in the CES system logs located in your index folder (usually at C:\CES7\Log\System*.log).

Yup, looked into it and I was using the older CES instead of the latest one. Thanks.
