Method not found coveo error after upgrading sitecore 7.2

Hi Team,

We are upgrading sitecore version 7.0 update-4 (rev. 140120) to 7.2 update-4(rev.150408) where coveo is already integrated and working fine.

Now after upgarding it to sitecore 7.2 update-4(rev.150408), we are getting the below error. Method not found: 'System.Collections.Generic.List`1 Sitecore.ContentSearch.AbstractSearchIndex.get_Crawlers()'. In line templateIdField = '@@@(Model.ToCoveoFieldName("TemplateID", false))';

I came to know that i should upgrade my "coveo for sitecore" package after google it. So Could you please let me know the exact version of coveo for sitecore package i should install/upgrade it.

Also please provide the steps to upgrade coveo for sitecore packages.

Thanks in advance.

Regards, Rajkumar G

Hi,

you should install the Coveo for Sitecore 7.2 package that correspond to your 7.0 version.

Ex: If your Coveo for Sitecore package was Coveo for Sitecore 70 3.0 (1055).zip, you should install Coveo for Sitecore 72 3.0 (1055).zip

Do not install a more recent package. If you want to do so, install the package that correspond to your version, then upgrade Coveo for Sitecore.

To upgrade, you should follow the steps specified here: https://developers.coveo.com/display/public/SC201506/Upgrading+Coveo+for+Sitecore

Those are for a monthly upgrade, but still apply to your situation.
