How do I add a Case Comment to the contextual field in the Coveo Insight Panel
I would like my Coveo for Salesforce insight panel to take "Case Comments" into account just as if it was a contextual field. Since it's obviously not a field, what would be the best way to do this? I am told a nested query could be a good way to proceed, however I am unsure how to go about it. Anyone has some guidelines I could use?
Unfortunately, there's no easy way. You'll need to create a custom APEX page + APEX controller to inject case comments in the Insight Panel query with the onQueryBuilding event.
