No Results on Knowledge Related Search

Not able to get any result on The search rresult of Knowledge Article, Even though Knowldge article is cretaed which is related to same case. Need help any additional configuration has to be done apart from Indexing the Knowledge source

Are your knowledge articles indexed through a Salesforce source? I assume here you're using the Cloud version. If so, can you bring them up in the Content Browser from the Cloud admin tool?

Yes Articles are indexed through Salesforce Source. These articles are already available in the Content Browser of Coveo

Confirming that the content is indexed is pretty much half the battle. Where exactly are you not seeing the Knowledge article results? Is it in the Coveo Insight Panel, in the Full Search Page, etc? Do you not see the results following a manual query or after a contextual query, e.g. within a Salesforce ticket, in the console, etc?

I am not seeing the results in Salesforce Coveo Insight panel n the box Related Knowledge Articles, and even in Full search page not able to find the related articles
