Coveo for sitecore issue

After installation of coveo for sitecore, i am getting below error message when i launch sitecore.

[CesUnavailableException: Coveo Entreprise Search seems to be unavailable. Please make sure that the service is installed and started.]
   Coveo.AdminService.AdminServiceClientWrapper.TryHandleFaultException(FaultException`1 p_Exception) +87
   Coveo.AdminService.AdminServiceClientWrapper.PerformAdminServiceCall(Func`1 p_Func) +200
   Coveo.AdminService.AdminServiceClientWrapper.IsFirstTimeSetupDone() +95
   Coveo.AbstractLayer.Communication.CES.AdminModule.InitializeCes() +152
   Coveo.AbstractLayer.Communication.CES.CESCommunication.InitializeCes() +70
   Coveo.SearchProvider.ProviderIndexBase.Initialize(IIndexDocumentPropertyMapper`1 p_DocumentTypeMapper) +2241
   Coveo.SearchProvider.ProviderIndex.Initialize() +131
   Coveo.SearchProvider.Configuration.CoveoSearchConfiguration.AddIndex(ISearchIndex p_Index) +204

I checked all the services(admin,CES,search API) and all are up running.

Do you have any idea about the issue?

Can it be a firewall issue. If you try to open the Admin Service and Search Service URIs from a browser directly on the Sitecore machine, do they load correctly? Maybe you forgot to open the ports between Sitecore and CES.

Yes I am able to see the admin wsdl in browser and CES and sitecore are in same server so I don't think its a firewall issue.

Which user runs the Admin Service and Coveo Enterprise Search 7 x64 Windows services? Is that user a local administrator of the machine?

It was running on local network service account, after updated with local admin account it is working fine.

Thanks for response.
