You will need to give us more details about your "tree basis" configuration because I don't know what it really means.

I recommend you to carefully read those installation guides to understand how to deploy Coveo for Sitecore in a multi-server environment first. Ensure you have done all the steps.

Configuration problem like this one are really hard to troubleshoot on a Q&A website like this one as you cannot upload files. May I recommend you to open a support ticket instead:

Start by looking at the queries:

  1. Open the Administration Console.
  2. Query the index with the search page delivered by your CM.
  3. Query the index with the search page delivered by your CD.

Are both queries the same? If not, your search pages may not be the same: there might be a rule missing on your CD. Try to republish your search page item.

Hi , Thanks for the support. Actually coveo collection mentioned in one CD server configuration was wrong and hence it was returning all websites on that search. Now I want to add a new website which belongs to same sitecore (content in same tree, but we access it with different url in live) . I want to add coveo collection for this. I followed the documents to add source and collections. But the final output is after rebuild it does not have any indexed documents , everything is shown as zero. Anything specific we need to add here? I know this is question which will be unclear without understanding my site setup. Still any suggetions or advise? Thanks in Advance Vineeth
