Hi,

Could you please answer those questions for us to understand your use case?

  • Which indexing platform are you using? Coveo Enterprise Search 7 (CES) or Coveo Cloud.
  • Which connector are you using?
  • What are your source addresses?
  • What are your source filters?

Thank you,

Jeff

Hi Bharath,

Coveo for Sitecore is not a connector. It is a complete search solution that is using the Queue connector. I understand that you want to include your hubspot indexed pages as results in your Coveo for Sitecore search page but you have problems indexing the hubspot pages.

So let's concentrate on your indexing problem. To index your Hubspot pages, I would recommend the Web Pages connector. You need to create a source using this connector in a separate CES collection. In the advanced parameters of your source, you should have a "Support robot exclusions" option where you can configure the level you want. Then, rebuild this source.

When you can validate you are able to index the documents correctly in CES, you can go to the next step to integrate this external source in your Coveo for Sitecore search page.

HI Jeff,

Thanks a lot, now am able to index the external content and its showing results in coveo index browser. I have selected External content and added source in Coveo Search result presentation details and I removed all the rules to show the results, but am I am not able to see the results in actual site. Am not sure what am missing, please advise. And also I have to call existing computed index (Page type) for this external content, how can I achieve this.

Thanks, Bharath

Did you follow all the steps of the guide I provided in my last answer?

What is the security on your external content indexed documents in the CES Index Browser? Are they available for the "everyone" group of the "Sitecore Security Provider for [Your Sitecore instance name]" security provider?
