coveo admin tool is not opening

Suddenly coveo admin tool is not opening, when i check the log am getting as following,

Anything else in your logs? I don't think this error is related.

You clearly have some missing credentials on one of your security providers.

Have you recently done anything special with CES/Sitecore?

This is recently installed machine. After installation, i configured and indexed sitecore its works fine. Then i tried for Database indexing, but it shows this error.
