Issue setting up coveo component on community

Hi All,

I have installed Coveo into a dev org to see if it meets our companies needs, however I seem to be having some issues and was hoping someone could give me some pointers.

When intially previewing the search component I am seeing data. However I have now added a facet to display a data category group (reason for wanting to use coveo) and the data disappears and is replaced with a message-

when attempting a search i get no results and an error -

Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong?

If you are using Coveo for Salesforce Free, you might indeed find some issues with data categories. To use them, you should follow the documentation here:

If however you are using Coveo for Salesforce Pro or Enterprise, this issue should not arise. In that case, I would like to know what the error is. You can find it by selecting More Information under the Something Went Wrong message.

Know that you some of the common reasons why you would get a Something Went Wrong message are documented here, along with their solution:

Thanks for the help, I am indeed using the Free version. one thing i wanted to check with fix in the documentation as I'm not a developer. Is the Apex Class Template still valid with using Lightning Knowledge, as it references article type.
