How to merge the result from two different coveo sources ?

Hello Friends,

We have an existing sitecore website which is using the Coevo. And we are planning to use the Coveo for SharePoint portals/sites.

I need to work on some POC where I need to club/merge the search results from two different coveo sources, specifically one from sitecore website and another from sharepoint portal/website and need to show the result on my sitecore instance website.

Any help/references would be really helpful abd appreciated.

Please try with the below steps

1. Go to Sitecore search page presentation details and select coveo search view component

2. Add a filter in results scope section : where syssource field is equal to coveoanothersource

3.Go to External Content section and add the name of coveoanothersource in textbox

Hussain's answer is valid for the legacy UI, let me add some details for the Coveo for Sitecore Hive Framework:

The Coveo For Sitecore External Content allows you to quickly add external sources to your search page.

In your Search Interface, there is a placeholder called "UI Header" that can hold "invisible" components that affect the query but do not have any visual effect on the page.

In the Example Search Page, this placeholder already contains a `Coveo for Sitecore Analytics` component. If you select this component in the Experience Editor and click the "Go to parent element" button, you should be able to add new components in there.

Select the `External Content` component and configure it with your external sources names. You should now have this source content in your search page.
