Indexing the User in Salesforce Chatter for Community
We index chatter for the discussion element of search in our Salesforce Community - however if we search for a specific user nothing is returned in the results. How do I get this to work?
We have the User ticked as being indexed in the chatter source and the crawler's permissions are set correctly.
If I had to bet I'd say there is a filter in your search page that excludes the items in question. If you try searching in the Content Browser in the Coveo Cloud Admin can you see the items?
