Indexing the User in Salesforce Chatter for Community

We index chatter for the discussion element of search in our Salesforce Community - however if we search for a specific user nothing is returned in the results. How do I get this to work?

We have the User ticked as being indexed in the chatter source and the crawler's permissions are set correctly.

If I had to bet I'd say there is a filter in your search page that excludes the items in question. If you try searching in the Content Browser in the Coveo Cloud Admin can you see the items?

Hi @Martin Laporte - thanks for your reply - you could very well be right - in Content Browser no User entries come up either. How can I check regarding a filter? Could it be in the tabs I have at the top of the page? The Chatter tab there just seems to bring in FeedItem and FeedComment posts?

OK, so in my Content Browser I searched and it wasn't there - I enabled "Full Access Mode" in the preferences and now I see it there, would that make it available in the community now too? Or just in the content browser?
