When calling the coveo push api from our corporate network we get timeout errors. Has anyone had the same issue?

We can call the Coveo push API successfully from home, while on a VPN. But, we get timeouts when at work, while on the corporate network and all push API calls fail. Has anyone experienced this and found a fix?

Since it works from one network but not from another, can you contact your corporate network administrators and investigate this with them? Your connection might be slower than usual which is causing the timeout.

If you are using the same code, I can't see any reason why Coveo Cloud would behave differently.
