How to configure SalesForce CoveoAttachToCase

I added the component to Case Insight Panel's Result Template but nothing appears next to the results. See: http://screencast.com/t/O4eWpXHHT28r

What am I missing? What should I see?

This solves my issue (thx glaporte):

There typos in the code $(function(){ should end with }); (i copy pasted ans was wondering mistakes

You should add a condition, I suggest raw.sfkbid. You also might have issues with the session id. Do you have any failures in the browser console?

I tried raw.sfkbid, I tried raw, I tried true. All failed, no apparent error in console: http://screencast.com/t/uJ8qClysSD2k
