How to get multiple Case InsightPanel in same org
My requirement is that in a Salesforce Console, the Case InsightPanel behave differently for 2 different personas (support agents from two independent product lines, needing to access different information types)
Is it possible to have 2 instances of the Case InsightPanel ?
Yes, but you'll need a custom Visual Force page. Copy the CoveoPanelForCase page for example, and add a type attribute on the reference to CoveoPanel component. Put any unique value there, and you'll have a distinct config for that panel (tabs and boxes).
Then, using profiles you can customize what users see which custom page.
