Query Expiration Has expired on 08/12/2014

Hi guys,

Coveo Search is not responding because of Query Expiration. We are using Coveo for sitecore Free Licence.

How this can be fixed ? Thank you.

You probably use an old version of Coveo for Sitecore Free Edition. First versions of the product included a 3 month CES license. Newer versions includes a 1 year CES license. You can download and install the latest version of the product. This will set a new 1 year license in your CES. In one year, you'll need to do the same operation. This is to ensure you run on an up-to-date version of Coveo for Sitecore.
