From Field Blank in Results for Database Source In Sitecore Implementation

We have a collection with two different sources- one source uses a Sitecore Connector, the other uses a database connector.

Any time results are shown that are from the database connector, the "From:" field is blank when it displays:

The Sitecore results shows this field correctly:

It appears that this field shows the Collection/Source. These values are entered in Coveo, why do they not show up for the database source? Are there specific fields that must be entered in the XML config file for it to display?

Using the Coveo Administration Tool Index Browser, locate the database document, then let us know if the field "From" is populated in a database document.

I had looked there prior to the question and didn't see a From field.

I also looked at a Sitecore document and saw that it had @syscollection and @syssource as custom fields. I attempted to mimic this technique, to no avail.

You need to populate the "from" field in your database source mapping file. Please review our Database Connector documentation.

This section of our Online Help contains an example.

Thank you for the followup. Maybe I'm missing it still, but those instructions did not help me. I had not previously viewed the documentation you referenced as it is intended for Version 7 as we're on Version 6. Nonetheless I looked it over as suggested, but still do not understand where this field is populated.

I had previously viewed the Online Help section you pointed out. When searching both locations for the "from" field, there is no mention of this field. I searched all content for "from" and found nothing relevant.

I have tried explicitly adding a Testing Location and also Testing Location, but both options fail.
