items indexed are not being pushed to the index

Hello there

On my sitecore project I have a scenario where I set the indexes on Coveo.SearchProvider.config and when I run the index on indexing manager in control panel I do see the three indexes I created there(web, master and core). When I run it shows that indexing popup like if it were indexing just fine but the items never get pushed to Coveo. On my CES Console I see it idle and when it finishes with no error message I see no results on coveo in the admin tool. But On the admin tool I do see the indexes created but just the items never got indexed. I'm sure I'm missing a configuration but I'm not sure which one. BTW I have a custiom indexing.filterIndex which I do see on sitecore logs that the items are being indexed.( I added some warnings to it to reflect on the logs what´s happening when we are trying to log). Any ideas on what I may be missing here?

thanks

Hi Diego,

First, you need to validate if items are pushed to the queue. Go to http://localhost:15672 (guest/guest as username/password) and check the queues corresponding to your indexes. Are they full?

Hi Vincent

so I'm running sitecore locally but I'm connecting it to coveo which sits on another server but I do have coveo installed locally ok? When I open this url I do see the local queues so I'm thinking that´s the problem. Do you know which configu should be changed?

thanks

Ok my config was right pointing to the server. the queue looks like:

Ready:39,940 | Unacked:1,000 | total:40,940

If you go in the CES admin tool and you go on the related source (master or web), there's a button called "Disable Live Monitoring". Can you try to disable/reenable it?
