CoveoAttachToCase- analytics

We have our custom solution for analytics to coveo for 'AttachToCase' button, do we need to disable the sending the out of the box functionality to send Analytics data to the Coveo Usage. if yes, is there a setting that can help us manage this .Our package version is '1.860.1'.

There is no setting for that, no. And disabling just that part of the analytics reporting might prove tricky. Why exactly are you using custom code to report that part?

Thank you for your response, we are trying to send some custom data to coveo analytics, we se the data being transported as expected to but when we goto coveo to view this data , i see 2 records for the same case . One record has the case id & case subject and the other records has other case details but not the case id & case subject.

Is the "other case details" sent by custom code of yours while the stock code sends the ID + subject as the separate event? A better solution would be to hook into the analytics reporting through a documented event and "enrich" the stock events.
