Coveo Cloud - Sitemap and Custom Fields

I have created a Sitemap.XML file for my Source. I tried adding fields :

<sfdisciplines>Service Revenue Generation-Recurring</sfdisciplines>

<sfdocumenttitle>
Allocation of Funding to RD from Maintenance and Support Contract Revenues
</sfdocumenttitle>
<sfdocumenttype>Research Report</sfdocumenttype>
<sfsecurity>Discipline Members Only</sfsecurity>
<sfsecurelink>
a link here
</sfsecurelink>

I added the fields in the Search Content portion of Coveo Cloud as well and pointed them at the Source (the XML file above).

When I view this in the Content Browser and say show fields, I don't see the fields that I have added. I completely rebuilt the Source as well.

When I go to open a ticket. Coveo Cloud is not an option that I have under create a new ticket.

Do you have Coveo for Salesforce or Salesforce an an option? (if yes, do select that option)
