Issues indexing some data with Trial Coveo Version Coveo Enterprise Search 7.0 x64 (7914) for Sitecore.exe

Hi everyone, I installed Coveo 7914 and I am experimenting some issues. For some reason I see that some data is not indexed after rebuilding the index with the Coveo for Sitecore 80.0772. Is there a limit of the indexed documents with the trial version?

Is there a log file where I can see why some data is not indexed to start troubleshooting the issue?

Also, I created a package of data and I installed into my sitecore and then I publish it. But I see that coveo is not indexing anything.

While looking at the console I sow the following message: "License limit reached for sitecorewebindex". What is the actual limit for the trial version vs the enterprise? Where I can see the logs that I sow in the console?

Hi,

The Free edition of Coveo for Sitecore is limited to 200,000 indexed Sitecore items across all the Sitecore instances and indexes (see link text). The Pro and Enterprise editions are unlimited.

Hi @jflheureux ♦♦, quick question where I can find the coveo log files? I meant what I sow in the console where is printed?

What is shown in the CES console is spread across CES index logs, CES indexEngine logs, CES system logs and CES queries logs.

You can view them in the CES Administration tool (see Displaying Logs).

Index, IndexEngine and System logs are in C:\CES7\Log by default.

Queries logs are in C:\CES7\Index\Default\Log by default.
