Indexing Coveo exception because Read Only

Hi everyone, I installed Coveo and Coveo for Sitecore in a Server that is in a domain. The issue that I am experimenting now is that I am getting the following exception when I try to index:

System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[System.ServiceModel.ExceptionDetail]: The requested operation cannot be performed in read-only mode

The strange thing is that this was working and the today I checked and the indexes went to Read only mode.

I went to http://localhost:8081/IndexContent/IndexContent/IndexContent.aspx and I login with the domain user that is running the process and I see that all is in read only mode. Also, in the configuration section I cant do anything there.

Can you guys please advise?

The read-only mode can be triggered manually by a user in the administration tool. It can also be triggered by a system schedule (Configuration > Schedules > System). The third way it can be triggered is when the index hard drive free space drops below 3GB. The index won't switch back to read-write automatically. This protection is in place to avoid corrupting the index files.
