Search Query issue when path has space

I am trying to query search service with below query, syntax is correct for the paths which doesnt have space and it is displaying the results. However if there is space (eg Media Library), it dispalys none.

http://localhost:8080/rest/search?aq=(@fparentpath63360=/sitecore/media library/myimages)

Could you please help me in this.

Why are you trying to do this? What is your use case? With Coveo for Sitecore, you do not need to do this.

You should look at the queries launched by the OOTB interfaces. This will show you the correct syntax. In other words, aq should be passed within the body of your queries.

thank you for your response.

I am novice to Coveo tool (in fact siecore as well), I am not sure OOTB Interfaces for queries. My requirement is I need to enable search results for multisite.So I need mentioned diffrent path related to Site. Eg

I need to display results from the below roots,

/Content/mysitecollection/mysite/ /Media Librarry/mysitecollectiom/mysite/

And I need to exclude all images in media library. only need to display other media documents.

My approach is filter using queiry to rest service and bind these jsom resluts to resluts page.

This is a good approach, but you don't need to call directly the REST API.
