If user open multiple documents for a single query it will count as multiple click count or single count

There are 2 different concepts here.

First, from a Usage Analytics perspective: if a user performs a query, then clicks on multiple documents, events logged will be:

  1. A search event
  2. One click event per click

From a basic UA perspective, your documents were clicked, UA will count one click per actual click.

From the perspective of our ML algorithms, if a user clicks multiple documents for one query, it means he is looking for something and obviously not finding what he is looking for. This is taken into account into the ML algorithms.
