Setting Sysdate to a SharePoint SharePoint cloumn field value

I have a SharePoint source in which I want to override the default sysdate field value pulled in by the connector with a different SharePoint column/field.

I've used a custom coveo field set and have been able to get the date (sharepoint column) into Coveo, but have been unable to get the field to override the sysdate value…

I've actually attempted to create a custom mapping file, but I'm seeing no success there.

Any thoughts?

Hi Dave,

In most cases it isn't really recommended to modify the sysdate field. I would recommend that you create a new field in your Coveo admin tool for this SharePoint column.

If you are looking to replicated the default year and month facets in the search interface then you can look at our KB article here. It gives the basics to set this up.

I hope this helps you you.
